On that note, supplementing Paul's impressively thorough list of US books, I'd love to see someone bring together a few scholars from different places in the Americas to share the 'hot' books they've been reading this year. I'm thinking of work from Quebec since that's what I know best, but of course the field's much larger than that. Whether or not readers of this blog (or RAAC forum) pick up any of those volumes, it would be intriguing to see the spread and introduce us to the tone of other, related conversations on religion among our North/South American colleagues.
